主要特性：

1. 電池點焊機主要分兩種類型：AMP-10K交流電池點焊機和DPM-10K直流電池點焊機；

2. 采用單面雙點過流焊接的原理，不傷及被焊工件的內部結構；

3. 焊接痕跡美觀，火花小，無發(fā)黑（電池不會因點焊后出現(xiàn)凹陷、流液的現(xiàn)象），完全克服鋰電池點焊后出現(xiàn)低壓和出水現(xiàn)象，是生產(chǎn)組裝電池的理想設備；

4. 焊針的壓力和兩針的距離可獨立調節(jié)，且調節(jié)方便，確保焊接壓力穩(wěn)定可靠；

5. 外形美觀，輕巧；

6. DPM-10K優(yōu)點：LCD顯示設置參數(shù)，更準確，直觀，方便，直流輸出，焊接效果更美觀。

電池組制造，特種電池組裝，廢舊電池回收制作電池組，蓄電池標牌焊接，以及焊接各種堿性電池，鎳鎘電池，鎳氫電池，鋰離

子電池等。

Main Features：

l There are two Model:AMP-10K AC Battery Spot Welder and DPM-10K DC Battery Spot Welder;

l Adopt the principle of Single sided, two points, and over-current welding,doesn’t damage the internal structure of welded workpieces;

l Beautiful welding traces, small spark, no black (The battery won’t sag or fluid flow after spot-welding). It completely overcomes the problems that the lithium battery has low pressure and the fluid flows out of the battery. This spot welder is the most ideal assembly equipment for battery production;

l The pressure of welding pins and the distance between the two pins can be regulated independently. And the regulation is quite convenient to make sure that the welding pressure is stable and reliable;
