MOTOROLA LS4005I-I100
PID操控器有4個(gè)主要的參數(shù)K p、T I、T D和T S需整定,不管哪一個(gè)參數(shù)挑選得不適宜都會(huì)影響操控效果。在整定參數(shù)時(shí)應(yīng)把握住PID參數(shù)與體系動(dòng)態(tài)、靜態(tài)功能之間的聯(lián)系。
在P(份額)、I(積分)、D(微分)這三種操控效果中,份額有些與差錯(cuò)信號(hào)在時(shí)刻上是共同的,只需差錯(cuò)一呈現(xiàn),份額有些就能及時(shí)地發(fā)生與差錯(cuò)成正比的調(diào)理效果,具有調(diào)理及時(shí)的特色。份額系數(shù)K p越大,份額調(diào)理效果越強(qiáng),體系的穩(wěn)態(tài)精度越高;可是關(guān)于大多數(shù)體系,K p過大會(huì)使體系的輸出量振動(dòng)加重,穩(wěn)定性降低。
積分效果與當(dāng)時(shí)差錯(cuò)的巨細(xì)和差錯(cuò)的歷史狀況都有聯(lián)系,只需差錯(cuò)不為零,操控器的輸出就會(huì)因積分效果而不斷改變,一向要到差錯(cuò)消失,體系處于穩(wěn)定狀況時(shí),積分有些才不再改變。因而,積分有些可以穩(wěn)態(tài)差錯(cuò),進(jìn)步操控精度,可是積分效果的動(dòng)作緩慢,能夠給體系的動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定性帶來不良影響。積分時(shí)刻常數(shù)T I增大時(shí),積分效果削弱,體系的動(dòng)態(tài)功能(穩(wěn)定性)能夠有所改進(jìn),可是穩(wěn)態(tài)差錯(cuò)的速度減慢。
微分有些是依據(jù)差錯(cuò)改變的速度,提早給出較大的調(diào)理效果。微分有些反映了體系改變的趨勢(shì),它較份額調(diào)理更為及時(shí),所以微分有些具有超前和預(yù)測(cè)的特色。微分時(shí)刻常數(shù)T D增大時(shí),超調(diào)量減小,動(dòng)態(tài)功能得到改進(jìn),可是按捺高頻攪擾的才能降低。
選取采樣周期T S時(shí),應(yīng)使它遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于體系階躍呼應(yīng)的純滯后時(shí)刻或上升時(shí)刻。為使采樣值能及時(shí)反映模擬量的改變,T S越小越好??墒荰 S太小會(huì)增加CPU的運(yùn)算工作量,相鄰兩次采樣的差值簡(jiǎn)直沒有什么改變,所以也不宜將T S獲得過小
