THF Series Automatic TIG (Plasma) Circular Seam Welding Machine

整機特性：

1.  根據焊接工件的形狀和尺寸可設計成臥式和立式結構；

2.  工件旋轉由變頻電機(或伺服)+減速機+三爪夾緊的驅動方式，運動平穩(wěn)，無級調速；

3.  工件壓緊、松開以及焊槍進退均采用氣缸驅動，并且焊槍具有精密微動調節(jié)機構，以便焊槍與焊縫形成佳方位；

4. 控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC或繼電器集成化控制，操作界面簡單友好，修改維護方便；

5. 可任意匹配各種類型弧焊電源（氬弧焊/CO2焊/埋弧焊/等離子弧焊）。

6. 主要用于不銹鋼、鐵、鋁、黃銅等各種金屬的圓形，橢圓形及異形的高質量環(huán)縫焊接

Main Features and Applications

l   According to the shape and size of each welding part, the machine can be designed as Horizontal Type and Vertical Type ;

l   The Workpiece rotation driving mechanism is composed with converter motor, reduction box , and three-jaw clamp, travel steadily with step less adjustable speed;

l    Clamp axle and fixing system pressing down , releasing and retreat , welding torch’s action all are driven by air cylinders , furthermore welding torch has been equipped with precision micro-adjustment mechanism to get the best welding position;

l   Control system adopts PLC or Relay integrated control, reliable and simple interface , easily modify and maintenance;

l   Apply to cooperate welding with TIG, MIG, MAG, SAW and Plasma-Arc welding source.

l   Mainly used for the high quality circular welding of round shape ,oval shape or special shape made with stainless steel, iron, aluminum and brass, etc;
