電源電壓
本驅(qū)動器選用直流電源供電,由機(jī)殼正面的赤色指示燈指示。電源電壓在DC24V~DC70V之間都能夠正常作業(yè),用戶能夠直接選用變壓器整流加電容濾波電路供應(yīng)。但留意應(yīng)使整流后電壓紋波峰值不超越70V。思考到電網(wǎng)電壓的動搖,變壓器副邊空載輸出電壓主張小于50VAC。選用較低的電源電壓會使電機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)力矩降低,但有助于驅(qū)動器降低溫升和添加低速時的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)性(請參閱適配電機(jī)矩頻特性曲線)。所加電源的輸出才干應(yīng)不少于電機(jī)的額外相電流,電源電壓越低則對電源電流輸出才干的懇求越大。接線時有必要留意電源正負(fù),切勿反接!

本驅(qū)動器有A、B兩品種型,每品種型各供應(yīng)8種細(xì)分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)辦法。關(guān)于A型,可供應(yīng)整步、半步(優(yōu)化半步)、4細(xì)分、8細(xì)分、16細(xì)分、32細(xì)分、64細(xì)分辦法;關(guān)于B型,可供應(yīng)整步、半步、4細(xì)分、5細(xì)分、8細(xì)分、10細(xì)分、20及40細(xì)分辦法。驅(qū)動器出廠時,面板上會有類型標(biāo)注。8種細(xì)分辦法用戶既可通過側(cè)板開關(guān)(1,2,3)便利設(shè)定(詳見細(xì)分辦法挑選表)也能夠運(yùn)用端子上供應(yīng)的MS1,MS2,MS3三個接口由體系挑選(詳見在線細(xì)分切換)。細(xì)分步數(shù)均相對整步而言,如驅(qū)動整步為1.8度電機(jī),設(shè)定整步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時,一個脈沖使電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動1.8度,半步時,一個脈沖使電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動0.9度,4細(xì)分時一個脈沖則使電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動0.45度……
