　　(1) 異常負荷和堵轉； 
　　(2) 金屬屑引起的電機繞組短路； 
　　(3) 壓縮機用接觸器問題； 
　　(4) 電源缺相和電壓異常； 
　　(5) 電機冷卻不足； 
　　(6) 用壓縮機抽真空。 
　　實際上，電機損壞往往是多種因素共同作用的結果。 
　　以下我們著重談談接觸器以及供電保護裝置在制冷壓縮機中的應用。 
　　1．接觸器 
　　在大型制冷工程中，壓縮機功率較大，并會根據(jù)系統(tǒng)要求選擇多臺壓縮機并聯(lián)的方式。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場工況的不同，壓縮機會出現(xiàn)持續(xù)滿載運行、低負荷運行、交替運行等各種情況，特別是像醫(yī)療血液儲藏庫和冷藏食品加工及貯藏企業(yè)，會有大量的血液或食品需要加工和冷藏，一旦由于接觸器故障造成壓縮機停機，冷藏間的低溫環(huán)境將難以保持，并且會快速升高，凍品會因為溫度升高而fu敗變質(zhì)，這將會給用戶帶來巨大的損失。所以選擇合理并且性能可靠的接觸器對于壓縮機的使用和安全至關重要。
