    HVS-30型數(shù)顯維氏硬度計是光機電一體化的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，具有良好的可靠性，可操作性，是小負荷維氏硬度計的升級換代產(chǎn)品。該機采用計算機軟件編程，高倍率光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng)，光電傳感等技術(shù)，通過軟鍵輸入，能調(diào)節(jié)測量光源的強弱，選擇測試方法與硬度對照表、保持時間，文件號與儲存等，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗方法、試驗力，測量壓痕長度、硬度值、試驗力保持時間，測量次數(shù)，并能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，通過打印機輸出，RS232接口與計算機連網(wǎng)。硬度計適用于測量微小、薄形試件、表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，是科研機構(gòu)、工廠及質(zhì)檢部門進行研究和檢測的理想的硬度測試儀器。
