    HVS-10Z型自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔數(shù)顯維氏硬度計(jì)是光機(jī)電一體化的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，它具有在測(cè)試時(shí)壓頭與物鏡自動(dòng)切換，測(cè)試點(diǎn)自動(dòng)定位。有良好的可靠性，可操作性，是小負(fù)荷維氏硬度計(jì)的升級(jí)換代產(chǎn)品。該機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件編程，高倍率光學(xué)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)，光電傳感等技術(shù)，通過(guò)軟鍵輸入，能調(diào)節(jié)測(cè)量光源的強(qiáng)弱，選擇測(cè)試方法與硬度對(duì)照表、保持時(shí)間，文件號(hào)與儲(chǔ)存等，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗(yàn)方法、試驗(yàn)力，測(cè)量壓痕長(zhǎng)度、硬度值、試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間，測(cè)量次數(shù)，并能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，通過(guò)打印機(jī)輸出，RS232接口與計(jì)算機(jī)連網(wǎng)。硬度計(jì)適用于測(cè)量微小、薄形試件、表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，是科研機(jī)構(gòu)、工廠及質(zhì)檢部門(mén)進(jìn)行研究和檢測(cè)的理想的硬度測(cè)試儀器。適用范圍：熱處理、碳化、淬火硬化層，表面覆層，鋼，有色金屬，微小及薄形零件等。
