一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介
    LX邵氏A型硬度計(jì)廣泛應(yīng)用于中低硬度塑料、各類橡膠、多元脂、皮革、蠟等的硬度測(cè)試。ISO868 和 ISO7619標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，符合 GB/T531 、JB6148 和 JJG304 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。指針式指示，讀數(shù)方便、準(zhǔn)確、精度高；手持式設(shè)計(jì)，攜帶方便，可手持測(cè)量，也可安裝在配套的測(cè)試架上測(cè)試。
二、技術(shù)指標(biāo)
    ★刻度盤值：0 ～ 100HA；
    ★壓針行程：2.5 mm；
    ★推薦測(cè)量范圍：10 ～ 90HA；

三、使用方法：
    把試樣放置在堅(jiān)固的平面上，拿住硬度計(jì)，壓足中孔的壓針距離試塊邊緣至少12mm，平穩(wěn)地把壓足壓在試樣上，不能有任何振動(dòng)，并保持壓足平行于試樣表面，以使壓針垂直地壓入試樣，所施加的力要?jiǎng)偤米阋允箟鹤愫驮嚇油耆佑|，除另有規(guī)定，在壓足和試樣完全按觸后1秒內(nèi)讀數(shù)，如果是其他間隔時(shí)間讀數(shù)則說(shuō)明，在試樣相距至少6mm的不同位置測(cè)量硬度值5次，取其平均值。
    使用須知:
    ★測(cè)定前應(yīng)檢查硬度計(jì)的指針在自由狀態(tài)下應(yīng)指向零位。如指針量偏離零位時(shí)，可以松動(dòng)右上角壓緊螺釘，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)表面，對(duì)準(zhǔn)零位。然后將硬度計(jì)壓在玻璃板上，壓針端面與壓足底面緊密接觸于玻璃板上時(shí)，指針應(yīng)指向100+/-1HA，如不指向100+/-1HA時(shí)，可輕微按動(dòng)壓針幾次，如仍不指100+/-1HA時(shí)，則此硬度計(jì)不能使用。如在邵氏硬度計(jì)測(cè)試機(jī)架上使用時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)手柄，使工作臺(tái)上升至定荷砝碼抬起，使壓針端面與壓足平面緊密接觸于玻璃工作臺(tái)時(shí)，指針應(yīng)指向100+/-1HA。如不指100+/-1HA時(shí)， 可調(diào)整工作臺(tái)平面的調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，若調(diào)整后指針仍不指100+/-1HA時(shí)，好送生產(chǎn)單位調(diào)整為宜。
    ★橡膠的試樣及試驗(yàn)溫度要求； ①、橡膠的試樣厚度不小于6mm，寬度不小于15mm，長(zhǎng)度不小于35mm，試樣厚度不足6mm時(shí)，可用同樣膠片重疊測(cè)定，但不超過(guò)3層。并要求膠片上下平行。 ②、檢定時(shí)室溫為23℃±5℃，檢定前硬度計(jì)在此溫度下至少存放1小時(shí)。
    ★塑料試樣及試驗(yàn)溫度要求； ①、塑料試樣為正方形，邊長(zhǎng)50mm、厚度6mm。也允許采用50×15mm的試樣。 ②、在可能的情況下，試樣在測(cè)試前應(yīng)按照GB/T2941-1991規(guī)定在實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度下進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。比對(duì)試驗(yàn)或系列試驗(yàn)在相同溫度下進(jìn)行。
    ★橡膠及塑料試樣表面均應(yīng)光滑、平整、不應(yīng)有機(jī)械損傷及雜質(zhì)等缺陷。
    ★硬度計(jì)使用35000次后，建議每使用10000次左右按GB531規(guī)定檢查彈簧壓力與指針刻度關(guān)系及壓針端部的形狀尺寸。
    ★硬度計(jì)使用完畢后，裝入儀器盒或儀器箱內(nèi)，放置干燥處，防止受潮。
    ★定荷測(cè)定架上的升降小軸和工作臺(tái)底部，請(qǐng)注意經(jīng)常揩擦干凈，涂少量防銹油，以防生銹。
    ★使用邵氏硬度計(jì)時(shí)，當(dāng)A型硬度計(jì)示值低于10HA時(shí)是不準(zhǔn)確的，測(cè)量結(jié)果不能使用。A型硬度計(jì)測(cè)量值超出90HA時(shí)推薦使用D型硬度計(jì)。
