    LX-F型海綿硬度計(jì)是本廠為了方便客戶測量泡沫材料的硬度而特殊定制的，它適用于測定軟的泡沫材料，聚氨脂泡沫膠料制品硬度，這種硬度計(jì)與其他硬度計(jì)在測定使用方面有所不同，在使用時，壓腳直接在試樣上接觸，并利用它自己的重量作為測力負(fù)荷。
二、技術(shù)指標(biāo)
    ★壓針行程范圍：0～2.5毫米；
    ★刻度盤值：0～100度；
    ★壓針端部力：550mN～4300mN（56～438.5g）。
三、使用方法
    手持儀器中間部位，將硬度計(jì)輕輕放在大于壓腳的平面試樣（或試件）上，當(dāng)硬度計(jì)壓腳與試樣平穩(wěn)地接觸后1秒鐘內(nèi)讀數(shù)，這時指針?biāo)缚潭燃礊楸粶y試樣（試件）的硬度值。為了提高測量準(zhǔn)確度，應(yīng)將試樣放在平整的玻璃或平板上，每個測量點(diǎn)只準(zhǔn)測量一次，同一試樣上相隔25mm以上的不同部位測量點(diǎn)不少于5點(diǎn)。測量結(jié)果取平均值，即為該試樣材料的硬度值。
