     SL-86A、B電火花針孔檢測儀是用于檢測金屬表面絕緣覆層中肉眼看不到的針孔、氣隙、裂紋等缺陷的儀器，是金屬貯罐、管道、搪瓷等金屬表面防腐層檢測的理想儀器。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)針孔時儀器產(chǎn)生火花和音響報警，并對缺陷點記錄一次。
用途：廣泛應(yīng)用于油、氣田防腐絕緣廠，油建公司管道安裝隊，石油儲罐建設(shè)部門的防腐質(zhì)量監(jiān)理部門的質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督；應(yīng)用于燃?xì)夤荆詠硭镜慕饘俟艿赖姆栏|(zhì)量檢測；造船廠、石化廠、廠、機(jī)械廠、搪瓷廠及大型橋梁工程建設(shè)單位的涂敷防腐質(zhì)量檢測；管道運(yùn)輸企業(yè)，防腐層老化程度檢測及大修涂敷質(zhì)量檢測。
二、檢測原理
    金屬表面絕緣防腐層針孔、漏鐵及漏電微孔處的電阻值和氣隙密度都很小，當(dāng)有高壓經(jīng)過時形成氣隙擊穿而產(chǎn)生火花放電，給報警電路和計數(shù)電路各產(chǎn)生一個脈沖信號，報警器發(fā)出聲光報警，計數(shù)器記錄一次，根據(jù)這一原理達(dá)到防腐層檢測目的并對防腐層缺陷進(jìn)行計數(shù)。
