　　本儀器是我公司研制的一款多功能大尺寸型紙箱質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備，主要用于各類大尺寸型瓦楞紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)或其他材料制成的抗壓強(qiáng)度小于10KN的包裝容器的整箱抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)與試驗(yàn)，比如食品飲料方便面包裝，化妝品包裝，啤酒包裝，糧油包裝等等。本儀器控制精度高，研制技術(shù)先進(jìn)，為目前國(guó)內(nèi)具性價(jià)比的一款大尺寸型紙箱抗壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)。本試驗(yàn)機(jī)具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中包含的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)測(cè)試、顯示、記憶、統(tǒng)計(jì)、打印及抗壓曲線實(shí)時(shí)顯示等功能。具有數(shù)據(jù)處理功能，可直接得出各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果，具有自動(dòng)復(fù)位和故障診斷功能，操作方便。本試驗(yàn)機(jī)有三種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作模式，其功能介紹如下：強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)：可測(cè)量箱體的大抗壓力和位移量；定值試驗(yàn)：可根據(jù)設(shè)定的壓力和位移量來檢測(cè)箱體的整體性能；堆碼試驗(yàn)：按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求，可進(jìn)行12小時(shí)，24小時(shí)等不同條件的堆碼試驗(yàn)。

The apparatus is my company developed a multi-functional large size carton quality testing equipment, mainly used for various types of large size corrugated box compression strength test or other material compressive strength less than 10KN packaging container FCL compressive strength test, such as food and beverage instant noodles packaging, cosmetics packaging, the packaging of beer grain and oil packaging, etc.. The instrument has high control precision, development of advanced technology, is currently the most cost-effective a large size carton compression testing machine. The testing machine with a standard includes testing the parameters, display, memory, statistics, print and compressive curve of real-time display and other functions. With the function of data processing, can be directly drawn from the data of the statistical results, with automatic reset and fault diagnosis function, convenient operation.
