ICS Triplex繼1986年推出Regent系統(tǒng)、1998年推出Trusred系統(tǒng)之后，于2008年向市場發(fā)布了新一代關(guān)鍵控制解決方案AADvance。

TRUSTED ICS是一個基于三重化處理器的系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)部所有的重要電路均采用冗余的設(shè)計。TRUSTED ICS保證系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)故障的狀態(tài)下，仍能正確地執(zhí)行程序。系統(tǒng)所有的模塊均能在線熱更換。這種設(shè)計使得TRUSTED?ICS系統(tǒng)幾乎可以保持100%在線。

TRUSTED ICS被用來實時地處理各種復(fù)雜和危險的生產(chǎn)過程的控制，接受現(xiàn)場信號，執(zhí)行邏輯運算、PID等各種控制程序，輸出控制信號，驅(qū)動現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行單元。

TRUSTED ICS的應(yīng)用程序采用IEC 1131 TOOLSET軟件編制。

AADvance首先是一個關(guān)鍵控制系統(tǒng)，它秉承了ICS Triplex歷經(jīng)數(shù)十年的TM2技術(shù)，并考慮到用戶的多層次安全控制及機(jī)組控制要求。在三重化的總線架構(gòu)上，可以任意的進(jìn)行處理器模塊及I/O模塊從單重化、雙重化到三重化的搭建，以實現(xiàn)從失效-安全到容錯、從小規(guī)模到大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)點數(shù)、從集散式到集中式結(jié)構(gòu)、從SIL1到SIL3安全等級的多重選擇
