接地螺絲因機柜本體與底座間有膠皮形成絕緣，屏蔽地匯流排與底座間絕緣，

現(xiàn)場控制站按規(guī)定做好接地處理。即分別接至現(xiàn)場控制站接地匯流排上。

I/O柜的電源地與UPS的電源地接至同一個地，保證等電位。

2.各個硬件設備操作員站、工程師站、網(wǎng)絡交換機、服務器主機、系統(tǒng)顯示器等采用外殼接地或直接將電源地線連接至電氣接地網(wǎng)。

3.I/O組件模擬量模件的40端即直流24伏的負端接至邏輯地匯流排上，邏輯地匯流排接至屏蔽地，再接入總接地匯流排。

4.屏蔽地現(xiàn)場控制站的保護地應從機柜下方的接地螺釘接至接地分干線,現(xiàn)場控制站的屏蔽地應從接地匯流排接至公共連接板。

5.接地電阻測試接地系統(tǒng)的電阻進行測試，以保證接地能滿足控制系統(tǒng)制造商的要求。

1用電儀表的外殼、儀表盤、柜、箱、盒和電纜槽 、保護管、支架、底座等正常不帶電的金屬部分，由于絕緣破壞而有可能帶危險電壓者，均應做保護接地。

對于供電電壓不高于36V的就地儀表、開關等，當設計文件無特殊要求時，可不做保護接地。
