數(shù)字量信號(hào)連接應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題

變頻器的輸入信號(hào)中包括對(duì)運(yùn)行/ 停止、正轉(zhuǎn)/ 反轉(zhuǎn)、點(diǎn)動(dòng)等運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行操作的數(shù)字量輸入信號(hào)（開(kāi)關(guān)型指令信號(hào)），這些信號(hào)常來(lái)自PLC 的數(shù)字量輸出信號(hào)。PLC 通常利用其內(nèi)部的繼電器接點(diǎn)（繼電器輸出型P L C ）或具有開(kāi)關(guān)特性的元器件（晶體管輸出型PLC）與變頻器相連，得到運(yùn)行狀態(tài)指令，如圖1 和圖2 所示。在進(jìn)行數(shù)字量信號(hào)的連接時(shí)應(yīng)注意：

（1）使用繼電器輸出型P L C 與變頻器相連時(shí)，應(yīng)注意接觸不良常帶來(lái)變頻器誤動(dòng)作，因此在實(shí)際接線中要注意連接可靠。

（2）使用晶體管輸出型P L C 與變頻器相連時(shí)，應(yīng)注意晶體管本身的電壓的高低、電流的大小等限制條件在其范圍內(nèi)，保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性。

（3）設(shè)計(jì)變頻器的輸入信號(hào)電路時(shí)，應(yīng)盡量避免采用繼電器等感性負(fù)載，因繼電器開(kāi)閉產(chǎn)生的浪涌電流可能引起變頻器的誤動(dòng)作。

（4）當(dāng)P L C 輸出的開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)進(jìn)入變頻器時(shí)，有時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生外部電源和變頻器控制電源之間的串?dāng)_，應(yīng)注意對(duì)P L C和變頻器分開(kāi)接地，避免兩者使用共同的接地線。
