UMC554000-07伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器是現(xiàn)代運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的重要組成部分,被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)機(jī)器人及數(shù)控加工中心等自動(dòng)化設(shè)備中。尤其是應(yīng)用于控制交流永磁同步電機(jī)的伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)外研究熱點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)中普遍采用基于矢量控制的電流、速度、位置三閉環(huán)控制算法。該算法中速度閉環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)合理與否,對(duì)于整個(gè)伺服控制系統(tǒng),特別是速度控制性能的發(fā)揮起到關(guān)鍵作用。
UMC554000-07在伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器速度閉環(huán)中,電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子實(shí)時(shí)速度測(cè)量精度對(duì)于改善速度環(huán)的轉(zhuǎn)速控制動(dòng)靜態(tài)特性至關(guān)重要。為尋求測(cè)量精度與系統(tǒng)成本的平衡,一般采用增量式光電編碼器作為測(cè)速傳感器,與其對(duì)應(yīng)的常用測(cè)速方法為M/T測(cè)速法。M/T測(cè)速法雖然具有·定的測(cè)量精度和較寬的測(cè)量范圍,但這種方法有其固有的缺陷,主要包括:1)測(cè)速周期內(nèi)·須檢測(cè)到至少一個(gè)完整的碼盤(pán)脈沖,限制了·低可測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)速;2)用于測(cè)速的2個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)定時(shí)器開(kāi)關(guān)難以嚴(yán)格保持同步,在速度變化較大的測(cè)量場(chǎng)合中無(wú)法保證測(cè)速精度。因此應(yīng)用該測(cè)速法的傳統(tǒng)速度環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)方案難以提高伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器速度跟隨與控制性能。
