以溫控器制造原理來分,溫控器分為:
一.突跳式溫控器:各種突跳式溫控器的型號(hào)統(tǒng)稱KSD,常見的如KSD301,KSD302等,該溫控器是雙金屬片溫控器的新型產(chǎn)品,主要作為各種電熱產(chǎn)品具過熱保護(hù)時(shí),通常與熱熔斷器串接使用,突跳式溫控器作為一級(jí)保護(hù)。熱熔斷器則在突跳式溫控器失婁或失效導(dǎo)致電熱元件超溫時(shí),作為二級(jí)保護(hù)自,有效地防止燒壞電熱元件以及由此而引起的火災(zāi)事故。 [1]
二,液漲式溫控器:是當(dāng)被控制對(duì)象的溫度發(fā)生變化時(shí)使溫控器感溫部內(nèi)的物質(zhì)(一般是液體)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的熱脹冷縮的物理現(xiàn)象(體積變化),與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產(chǎn)生膨脹或收縮。以杠桿原理,帶動(dòng)開關(guān)通斷動(dòng)作,達(dá)到恒溫目的液脹式溫控器具有控溫準(zhǔn)確,穩(wěn)定可靠,開停溫差小,控制溫控調(diào)節(jié)范圍大,過載電流大等性能特點(diǎn)。液漲式溫控器主要用于家電行業(yè),電熱設(shè)備,制冷行業(yè)等溫度控制場合用。
三,壓力式溫控器,改溫控器通過密閉的內(nèi)充感溫工質(zhì)的溫包和毛細(xì)管,把被控溫度的變化轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭臻g壓力或容積的變化,達(dá)到溫度設(shè)定值時(shí),通過彈性元件和快速瞬動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),自動(dòng)關(guān)閉觸頭,以達(dá)到自動(dòng)控制溫度的目的。它由感溫部、溫度設(shè)定主體部、執(zhí)行開閉的微動(dòng)開關(guān)或自動(dòng)風(fēng)門等三部分組成。壓力式溫控器適用于制冷器具(如電冰箱冰柜等)和制熱器等場合。
四,電子式溫控器,電子式溫度控制器(電阻式)是采用電阻感溫的方法來測量的,一般采用白金絲、銅絲、鎢絲以及熱敏電阻等作為測溫電阻,這些電阻各有其優(yōu)確點(diǎn)。一般家用空調(diào)大都使用熱敏電阻式。
工作原理:蒸氣壓力式
波紋管的動(dòng)作作用于彈簧,彈簧的彈力是由控制板上的旋鈕所控制的,毛細(xì)管放在空調(diào)機(jī)的室內(nèi)吸入空氣的風(fēng)口處,對(duì)室內(nèi)循環(huán)回風(fēng)的溫度起反應(yīng)。當(dāng)室溫上升至調(diào)定的溫度時(shí),毛細(xì)管和波紋管中的感溫劑氣體膨脹,使波紋管伸長并克服彈簧的彈力把開關(guān)觸點(diǎn)接通,此時(shí)壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),系統(tǒng)制冷,直到室溫又降至設(shè)定的溫度時(shí),感溫包氣體收縮,波紋管收縮與彈簧一起動(dòng)作,將開關(guān)置于斷開位置,使壓縮機(jī)的電動(dòng)機(jī)電路切斷。以此反復(fù)動(dòng)作,從而達(dá)到控制房間溫度的目的。
電子式溫度控制器(電阻式)是采用電阻感溫的方法來測量的,一般采用白金絲、銅絲、鎢絲以及半導(dǎo)體(熱敏電阻等)為測溫電阻,這些電阻各有其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。家用空調(diào)的傳感器大都是以熱敏電阻式。
