ai895當SLA與DLP芯片組組合在一起使用時,UV光源被用來照亮DMD。然后,DMD的像素被用來生成圖像的圖案,而這個圖像被投影在樹脂層上,從而產生出連續(xù)的橫截面,組成了3D物體。使用DLP技術的優(yōu)勢在于,除了直接將光源在樹脂上成像外,還使用光學元件將來自DMD的單獨像素成像,這也就優(yōu)化了分辨率和特征尺寸。
與傳統(tǒng)的、能夠產生100μm體素(3D像素)的基于激光的SLA機器相比,由DLP技術提供輔助功能的SLA機器能夠實現小30μm的體素。更小的體素直接轉化為更加平滑的物體,這意味著目標完成所需要的后續(xù)處理更少。此外,由于整個構造層的成像和生成是同時進行的,而不是每次一個體素、逐層完成,這些機器在制作大幅打印方面比傳統(tǒng)SLA機器更快。
