電流額定值的選擇:
確定過載能力

式中,k為電流的過載倍數(shù),Io為變頻器的額定輸出電流,Ic為IGBT標(biāo)稱電流值(連續(xù)DC)。
確定抗電流沖擊能力
m√2Io≤Ic(1ms)
式中,m為硬件電流保護(hù)倍數(shù),Io為變頻器額定輸出電 流,Ic(1ms)為1ms標(biāo)稱電流。
一般而言,模塊的選取主要根據(jù)是溫升,只要溫升能夠滿足要求,載流能力可以適當(dāng)放寬。
IGBT的并聯(lián)
由于單只IGBT模塊電流容量有限,為了提高載流能力需要對IGBT并聯(lián)。 由于IGBT具有正的溫度系數(shù),溫度升高時(shí)導(dǎo)通壓降會(huì)增大,因此本身具有自動(dòng)均流的特性,并聯(lián)使用一般不會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的均流問題。
