所謂的完好率,是在檢查期間,完好設(shè)備與設(shè)備總臺(tái)數(shù)的比例(設(shè)備完好率=完好設(shè)備數(shù)/設(shè)備總數(shù))很多工廠的指標(biāo)可以達(dá)到95%以上。理由很簡(jiǎn)單,在檢查的那一刻,如果設(shè)備是運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的,沒(méi)出故障,就算是完好的,于是這個(gè)指標(biāo)就很好看。很好看就意味著沒(méi)有多少可提升的空間了,就意味著沒(méi)有什么可改善的了,也就意味著很難進(jìn)步了。為此,不少企業(yè)提出對(duì)此指標(biāo)的定義進(jìn)行改造,例如提出每月8日,18日,28日檢查三次,取其完好率的平均值作為本月的完好率。
這當(dāng)然比檢查一次要好,但仍然是點(diǎn)狀反映出的完好率。后來(lái)有人提出以完好的臺(tái)時(shí)數(shù)比上日歷工作臺(tái)時(shí)數(shù),完好臺(tái)時(shí)數(shù)等于日歷工作臺(tái)時(shí)減去故障及其修理的總臺(tái)時(shí)數(shù)。這個(gè)指標(biāo)要真實(shí)多。當(dāng)然又遇到統(tǒng)計(jì)的工作量增加和統(tǒng)計(jì)的真實(shí)性,遇到預(yù)防性維修臺(tái)時(shí)是否扣除的爭(zhēng)論。完好率這一指標(biāo)是否有效反映設(shè)備管理狀況,這要看如何應(yīng)用,仁者見(jiàn)仁,智者見(jiàn)智。
