ISI202液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖就是用圖形符號(hào)來表示液壓技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的圖形,就像機(jī)械制圖一樣,目的是便于閱讀、分析、設(shè)計(jì)和繪制,用規(guī)定的元件圖形符號(hào)和線條來表達(dá)液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理。
一個(gè)完整的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖由工作介質(zhì)、動(dòng)力部分、執(zhí)行部分、控制部分、輔助部分共五部分組成,工作原理是液壓油在封閉的系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行了兩次能量轉(zhuǎn)換,靜壓力能和機(jī)械能的轉(zhuǎn)換,而轉(zhuǎn)換的過程是由控制元件完成的。
閱讀液壓傳動(dòng)原理圖的常用步驟
(1)了解液壓系統(tǒng)的用途,將液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖依次分成執(zhí)行元件、動(dòng)力元件、控制元件三大塊,再根據(jù)主機(jī)要求,掌握?qǐng)?zhí)行元件的動(dòng)作及要求。
(2弄清楚各種液壓元件的類型,性能,相互間的聯(lián)系和功用。先弄清楚動(dòng)力元件的種類:單泵,多泵;定量,變量;單供,合流;再閱讀明白液壓缸或液壓馬達(dá);再次閱讀并了解各種控制裝置及變量機(jī)構(gòu);后閱讀和掌握輔助裝置。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)工作循環(huán)和工作性能要求分析將系統(tǒng)分為對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)量的基本回路,并在液壓傳動(dòng)原理圖上逐一地查找出每個(gè)回路。
(3)按照工作循環(huán)表,仔細(xì)分析并依次寫出完成各個(gè)動(dòng)作的相應(yīng)進(jìn)油路油和回頭路液流經(jīng)路線。為了便于分析,在分析之前好將液壓系統(tǒng)中的每個(gè)液壓原件和各條油路編上號(hào)碼。這樣,對(duì)分析復(fù)雜油路,動(dòng)作較多的系統(tǒng)尤為重要。寫油液流經(jīng)路線時(shí)要分清主油路和控制油路。對(duì)主油路,應(yīng)從液壓泵開始寫,一直寫到執(zhí)行元件,這就構(gòu)成了進(jìn)油路線;然后再從執(zhí)行元件回油寫到油箱閉式系統(tǒng)回到液壓泵。這樣分析,目標(biāo)明確,不易混亂。
