根據(jù)仿真和實(shí)測(cè)的主要噪音階次，或許可以反向定位主要噪音位置與可能的原因，并加以調(diào)整。

如采用提高制造與裝配精度、定轉(zhuǎn)子的斜極與斜槽、定轉(zhuǎn)子表面開(kāi)槽、定子線圈繞線級(jí)槽配合、齒輪模態(tài)優(yōu)化、齒面接觸斑點(diǎn)與傳遞誤差優(yōu)化、PWM控制算法優(yōu)化、主動(dòng)減震與主動(dòng)諧波注入、殼體加強(qiáng)筋優(yōu)化等方法。

逆向NVH性能開(kāi)發(fā)，一般從實(shí)物掃描三維模型，并多次樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)確定終設(shè)計(jì)。
