主板故障往往表現(xiàn)為系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)失敗、屏幕無顯示、有時(shí)能啟動(dòng)有時(shí)又啟動(dòng)不了等難以直觀判斷的故障現(xiàn)象。在對(duì)主板的故障進(jìn)行檢查維修時(shí)，一般采用“一看、二聽、三聞、四摸”的維修原則。就是觀察故障現(xiàn)象、聽報(bào)警聲、聞是否有異味、用手摸某些部件是否發(fā)燙等。下面列舉幾種常見主板的維修方法，每種方法都有自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和局限性，一般要幾種方法相結(jié)合使用。 [1] 
清潔法
這種方法一般用來解決因主板上灰塵太多，灰塵帶靜電造成主板無法正常工作的故障，可用毛刷清除主板上的灰塵。另外，主板上一般接有很多的外接板卡，這些板卡的金手指部分可能被氧化，造成與主板接觸不良，這種問題可用橡皮擦擦去表面的氧化層
