HONEYWELL V4943A1029為了獲得固有頻率和頻響特性曲線,在 SIMPACK 中可根據(jù)建立好的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型來建立扭振仿真系統(tǒng)。扭振仿真系統(tǒng)可以分析頻域范圍內(nèi)的固有頻率和頻率響應(yīng)。系統(tǒng)可以設(shè)置自由振動(dòng)激勵(lì)作為輸入。仿真系統(tǒng)包含 3 個(gè)部分,如圖所示。第一部分是激勵(lì)力元。激勵(lì)力元采用單位振幅的正弦力,初始相位角為 0。激勵(lì)頻率范圍持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。范圍是 1~5000 Hz,計(jì)算步數(shù)是 10000。分別計(jì)算在純電動(dòng)工況和混合動(dòng)力工況時(shí)的固有頻率。第二部分是輸入通道。根據(jù)混合動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工況,要求將激勵(lì)從發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)端或電機(jī)端輸入。第三部分是輸出通道??梢愿鶕?jù)分析要求,在所建模型的部件上設(shè)置輸出通道。相應(yīng)于輸入通道,輸出參數(shù)的測(cè)試方向有 x、y、z 方向和對(duì)應(yīng)軸向的扭轉(zhuǎn)方向。
