(1) 仿真與理論計(jì)算、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了所構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的正確性。結(jié)果分析顯示,在純電動(dòng)工況,噪聲頻率主要集中在 1715 Hz 的高階頻率附近。噪聲源主要來(lái)自行星排內(nèi)的齒輪。在混合動(dòng)力工況,噪聲頻率主要集中在 0~30 Hz 的低階次。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和飛輪處的噪聲為主要噪聲源。
(2) 通過分析扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器特性參數(shù)對(duì)扭振特性的影響分析可知,當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為輸入激勵(lì)源時(shí),扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器的阻尼和剛度調(diào)整對(duì)低頻段扭振有較明顯的削弱作用,而對(duì)高頻扭振影響不大。當(dāng)采用主電機(jī)作為輸入激勵(lì)源時(shí),阻尼的調(diào)整對(duì)高頻扭振有削弱,而對(duì)低頻扭振沒有影響。剛度的調(diào)整對(duì)低頻扭振有削弱,而對(duì)高頻扭振影響不大。
