2、用途Application

金飾業(yè)打磨洗凈工作，成品表面拋光處理，去除氧化薄膜工作，銹蝕去除處理，電鍍或噴漆前處理，燒結(jié)痕跡處理，零件殘磁去除。

  Use in metal industry for Gringding, cleaning, polishing surface of workpiece, removing layer of oxide on the workpiece, derusting, processing before plating or painting, processing the marks of sintering, and demagnetizing the workpiece.

3、說(shuō)明Description

1)研磨速度快，平均一次研磨時(shí)間約3~15分鐘，替換工件快，可在機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中替換零件。

  Grinding quickly, it only takes 3~15 minutes for each time on average.

Easy and fast changing the workpieces, the workpieces can be changed during the machine running.

2)操作簡(jiǎn)單，安全，完全免技術(shù)，一人可操作多臺(tái)機(jī)器。

Simple operation, absolute safety. One person can operate multiple machines.

3)成本低，不銹鋼針為性磨材，消耗極低，的耗材為研磨液。，研磨液含95%水分，故無(wú)毒性及發(fā)生火災(zāi)之慮。

Low cost, the stainless steel pins are permanent abrasives. The only consumable item is Grinding (Brightening) Fluid. No pollution. The grinding (brightening) fluid contains 95% moisture, and is non-toxic; you can have no worry about fire on it.

4)研磨完成后，工件好處理，可用篩網(wǎng)、篩桶或磁鐵，輕易將工件和不銹鋼針?lè)珠_(kāi)。

The workpieces can be easily dealt with after grinding. Can use a sieve mesh, sieve drum or magnet to easily separate the workpieces from the pins

4、安裝環(huán)境Installing Environment

1)無(wú)水滴、蒸汽、灰塵及油性灰塵之場(chǎng)所。

Place WITHOUTwater drops, vapor, dust or oily dust.

2)無(wú)腐蝕、易燃性之氣體、液體。

Place WITHOUT corrosive, flammable liquid or gas.

3)無(wú)漂浮性的塵埃及金屬微粒。

Place WITHOUT floating dirt and metal particle.

4)緊固無(wú)振動(dòng)之場(chǎng)所。

Place of no vibration.

5、操作順序

1)將機(jī)器連接在有可靠接地的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電源中。各型號(hào)對(duì)電源要求如下：

Connect the machine to the standard power supply with reliable ground lead. The power supply for each model is as below.

2)將放有適量工件及研磨材料之塑料質(zhì)容器放在研磨槽中間位置，開(kāi)啟電源(ON)，設(shè)定總研磨時(shí)間TOTAL TIMER(H小時(shí).M分。S秒)及正反轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間REV/FWD TIMER、設(shè)置工作速度SPEED SET(0-10V模擬速度)，9V等于1400轉(zhuǎn)左右。

Put the plastic grinding container (e.g.a tub) with proper amount of workpieces and abrasives in the middle of the grinding trough, turn on the power and set the total time (Hour. Minutes. Second), the REV/FWD time, and the working speed (0~10V, 9V=1400 r/min).

3)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行按鈕START，機(jī)器開(kāi)始工作。

Press the “START” Key, and the machine starts working.

4)工作在設(shè)定時(shí)間完成后，應(yīng)再次啟動(dòng)機(jī)器，拿走研磨桶進(jìn)行清洗，然后按STOP按鈕停止工作。(原因是工件在機(jī)器磁場(chǎng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中才能剩磁)

After work finishing, should start again the machine and take away the grinding tub from the trough to clean the workpieces, and then stop the machine. (As the workpieces can only be demagnetized during the machine running.)

5)用分選篩將不銹鋼針?lè)诌x后，放回桶內(nèi)以便下次使用。

Separate the stainless steel pins with a sieve. The pins can be used again.

6、使用方法Method of Usage

1)使用塑料質(zhì)容器，以免損壞工件。

Use a plastic container, (e.g. a plastic tub.) to avoid damaging the workpieces.

2)放入適量的不銹鋼針，研磨液，水和工件進(jìn)行研磨或者拋光。

以下數(shù)據(jù)供參考：

Put appropriate amount of stainless steel pins, grinding fluid, water and workpieces into the tub to grind or polish. The following amount is for reference.

7、研磨用不銹鋼針選擇Choice of grinding stainless pins

1）針愈粗研磨能力愈強(qiáng)，故選擇針時(shí)以工件材質(zhì)軟硬為依據(jù)。不銹鋼或鐵類可選擇直徑0.5mm以上針，銅鋁等其材質(zhì)較軟材料可選擇直徑0.5mm以下較適宜。當(dāng)然磁力研磨機(jī)的磁力大小可無(wú)段調(diào)整，因此經(jīng)測(cè)試多次后，即可選定適當(dāng)?shù)哪ゲ摹?/span>

The bigger the pins are, the better the grinding ability is. Thus, choose the pins should depend on the softness or hardness of the workpiece material. Can choose pins with diameter over 0.5mm for Stainless steel or Iron workpieces, and pins blow 0.5mm for softer material workpieces such as copper or aluminium.

Of cause the magnetic force of the machine is adjustable, thus can test for more times to get a suitable grinding pins.

 2）要研磨工件的孔徑大小，決定針的及長(zhǎng)短，另如要研磨工件的孔內(nèi)夾縫時(shí)，建議使用3mm長(zhǎng)的針，效果較好。

  The holes of the workpieces decide the big or small, long or short pins to be used. If the cracks into the holes are to be grinded, the 3mm long pin is suggested to be used for better effect.

 3)不銹鋼針磨材為性材料，可連續(xù)使用。

  The stainless steel pins are permanent grinding materials, can be used for many times.

8、研磨液功用Function of Grinding Fluid

1)防銹、拋光、冷卻、清洗、除油等功能。

Rust-prevent, polishing, cooling, cleaning and oil removing etc.

2)研磨液連續(xù)研磨約30分鐘、溫度可達(dá)70℃，請(qǐng)注意輪流交換。

The grinding fluid grinds for 30 minutes, its temperature can be 70℃,       please change with cool one.

3)如工件表面含油太多，需先清洗除油再研磨。

If the surface of workpieces too oily, the oil should be removed first before grinding.

9、注意事項(xiàng)NOTES

1)電源有可靠接地

The power supply must have a reliable ground lead.

2)變頻調(diào)試器功能鍵不可隨意修改(以出廠時(shí)設(shè)置為準(zhǔn))

The function key of the frequency conversion adjuster should not be changed at will. (Factory setting is standard.)

3)研磨完成后，研磨工件在機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中拿走清洗(以免工件被磁化)

After grinding finishes, workpieces should be taken away during the machine running, so that the workpieces are not magnetized.

4)使用塑料質(zhì)研磨桶，以免損壞工件

To avoid damaging the workpieces, should use a PLASTIC container for grinding.

5)研磨槽內(nèi)不可進(jìn)水，以免損壞機(jī)器。

To avoid damaging the machine, the grinding trough should not be watered.

10、機(jī)器保養(yǎng)Maintenance of Machines

1)每班清理研磨槽內(nèi)掉下的鋼針和水。

 Clean the grinding trough per shift.

2)研磨槽內(nèi)的膠墊每班使用前要清理鋼針再使用。

 Clean the rubber mat on the grinding trough before grinding.

3)研磨槽內(nèi)排水管要保持暢通。

 Keep unblocked to the drain pipe of the grinding trough.

4)機(jī)器表面要保持清潔、干爽。

 Keep the surface of the machine clean and dry.

5)機(jī)器后面及底下風(fēng)扇過(guò)濾網(wǎng)每30天要清理一次。

 Clean the strainers to the fans on the back and bottom of the machine every 30 days.
