FCAN-01是ABB推出的CANopen適配器模塊,專為變頻器現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通信設(shè)計(jì),符合CiA(CAN in Automation)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DSP402(設(shè)備配置文件傳動(dòng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制)。該模塊支持對(duì)傳動(dòng)參數(shù)的直接訪問,可實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)間關(guān)鍵型過程數(shù)據(jù)通信,適用于需要、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)交互的自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)。
通信協(xié)議與數(shù)據(jù)交互:模塊通過CANopen協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻器與PLC等控制設(shè)備的通信,支持控制字(CW)、速度給定值(REF)、狀態(tài)字(SW)及速度實(shí)際值(ACT)等關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸。在參數(shù)配置中,需注意PPO(Process Data Object)類型的選擇,例如部分ABB變頻器(如ACS800系列)調(diào)試中常用PPO5類型,其控制字和狀態(tài)字的分配需對(duì)應(yīng)變頻器參數(shù)組(如7.02組參數(shù))。

Meaning of indicator lights
HOST green light: Always on indicates normal connection with the host.
MODULE indicator light: Constant off indicates that the module is working properly.

Debugging key points
Motor data tuning: In practical operation, 99 sets of parameters should be designed and tuned according to the actual situation of the connected motor, so that the frequency converter can accurately control the operation of the motor.
The CAN communication wiring of the module: Correctly connecting the CAN bus is crucial for ensuring communication between the frequency converter and PLC.
The station number and baud rate setting of the module: The station number is used to distinguish different devices on the bus, while the baud rate determines the communication speed.
The parameter settings of the frequency converter, such as the settings of the 50th and 51st groups, involve the behavior of the frequency converter in case of communication loss and the setting of the bus adapter, respectively.
Signal source setting: It involves how to receive external signals through fieldbus and map them to the control and fault words of the frequency converter. Setting involves parameter selection for different functional blocks, such as selecting fieldbus A for external signals and setting the control mode to speed.
Data accuracy issue: Due to the limited PDO (Process Data Objects) currently supported by the FCAN-01 module, when processing 32-bit state values, it is necessary to convert the data type from INT32 to INT16. Although this may reduce data accuracy, it can meet practical application requirements.
