3500系統(tǒng)能提供連續(xù)、在線監(jiān)測功能，適用于機(jī)械保護(hù)應(yīng)用，并為早期識別機(jī)械故障提供重要的信息。

系統(tǒng)的工作流程是：從現(xiàn)場取得的傳感器輸入信號提供給3500監(jiān)測器框架內(nèi)的監(jiān)測器和鍵相位通道，數(shù)據(jù)被采集后，與報警點(diǎn)比較并從監(jiān)測器框架送到一個地方或多個地方處理。?

3500框架中模件的共同特征是帶電插拔和內(nèi)部、外部接線端子。任何主模件（安裝在3500框架前端）能夠在系統(tǒng)供電狀態(tài)中拆除和更換而不影響不相關(guān)模塊的工作，如果框架有兩個電源，插拔其中一塊電源不會影響3500框架的工作。

外部端子使用多芯電纜（每個模塊一根線）把輸入輸出模塊與終端連接起來，這些終端設(shè)備使得在緊密空間內(nèi)把多條線與框架連接起來變的非常容易，內(nèi)部端子則用于把傳感器與輸入輸出模塊直接連接起來。外部端子塊一般不能與內(nèi)部端子輸入/輸出模塊一起使用。

The 3500 system can provide continuous and online monitoring functions, suitable for mechanical protection applications, and provide important information for early identification of mechanical faults.

The workflow of the system is as follows: the sensor input signals obtained from the site are provided to the monitor and keyphase channels within the 3500 monitor frame. After data is collected, it is compared with alarm points and sent from the monitor frame to one or more places for processing. ?

The common features of modules in the 3500 framework are live plugging and internal and external wiring terminals. Any main module (installed on the front end of the 3500 rack) can be removed and replaced in the system power state without affecting the operation of unrelated modules. If the rack has two power supplies, plugging or unplugging one of them will not affect the operation of the 3500 rack.

The external terminals use multi-core cables (one wire per module) to connect the input/output module to the terminal. These terminal devices make it easy to connect multiple wires to the frame in a tight space, while the internal terminals are used to directly connect the sensor to the input/output module. External terminal blocks are generally not compatible with internal terminal input/output modules.

Proximitor displacement monitor

A configurable 4-channel monitor module for radial vibration, axial displacement, eccentricity, REBAM, and differential expansion measurements. Only accept the input type of eddy current sensor. With T ü V certification.

3500/42M displacement/velocity acceleration monitor

The configurable 4-channel monitor module, in addition to all the functions of 3500/40M, can also receive speed, acceleration, and dual probe (speed and displacement) input types and related signal adjustments, such as filtering and integration. It can also perform differential signal processing, extract casing vibration signals from shaft relative vibration, and provide shaft measurement information for certain large gas and steam turbines.
