(1)清掃電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部的灰塵、電刷粉末及污物等。

(2)檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)的絕緣電阻，正常時(shí)不應(yīng)小于0.5MΩ，若低于0.5MΩ需進(jìn)行烘干后方能使用。

(3)檢查換向器表面是否光潔，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有機(jī)械損傷或火花灼痕，應(yīng)對(duì)換向器進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。

(4)檢查電刷是否磨損得太短，刷握的壓力是否適當(dāng)，刷架的位置是否符合規(guī)定。 如不符合規(guī)定需要更換電刷時(shí)，應(yīng)按原尺寸和型號(hào)進(jìn)行更換。

2.直流電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行中的維護(hù)

對(duì)運(yùn)行中的直流電動(dòng)機(jī)，經(jīng)常進(jìn)行維護(hù)，以便及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，設(shè)備缺陷，保證電動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行。

(1)電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行中應(yīng)檢查各部分的溫度、振動(dòng)、聲音和換向情況，并應(yīng)注意有無(wú)過(guò)熱變色和絕緣被燒焦的氣味。

(2)如果是壓力油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，還應(yīng)檢查油壓和進(jìn)出油的溫度是否符合規(guī)定要求。 一般進(jìn)油溫度應(yīng)小于40℃，出油溫度應(yīng)小于等于65℃。

(3)用聽(tīng)棒檢查各部分部件的聲音，注意轉(zhuǎn)子、定子間除電磁音響、通風(fēng)音響外，有無(wú)其他摩擦聲音。 檢查軸瓦或軸承有無(wú)異常聲音。

(4)對(duì)主電路的連接點(diǎn)和絕緣體，注意有無(wú)過(guò)熱變色，以及有無(wú)絕緣燒焦等不正常氣味。

(5)對(duì)閉式冷卻系統(tǒng)，應(yīng)注意水溫和風(fēng)溫，還應(yīng)檢查冷卻器有無(wú)漏水和結(jié)露情況，以及補(bǔ)充風(fēng)網(wǎng)有無(wú)堵塞不暢等情況。

(6)時(shí)刻注意電動(dòng)機(jī)的電流和電壓值，注意不要過(guò)載。 對(duì)具有絕緣檢查裝置的直流系統(tǒng)，應(yīng)定期檢查其對(duì)地絕緣情況。

(7)檢查換向器表面的氧化膜顏色是否正常，電刷與換向器間有無(wú)火花，換向器表面有無(wú)炭粉和油垢積聚，以及刷架和刷握上是否有積灰。

(8)檢查電刷邊緣是否碎裂，是否已磨損到允許的短長(zhǎng)度。

(9)檢查電刷刷辮是否完整，有無(wú)斷裂和斷股情況，與刷架的連接是否良好，以及有無(wú)接地與短路的情況。

(10)檢查是否有電刷或刷辮因過(guò)熱而變色，以及電刷在刷握內(nèi)有無(wú)卡澀或擺動(dòng)情況。

(11)檢查各電刷間刷壓是否均勻，壓指是否壓好。

(12)檢查換向器是否磨損不均，不平直度是否已超過(guò)允許值，以及是否出現(xiàn)片間云母凸出導(dǎo)致電刷振動(dòng)等情況。
