A16B-2201-0922壓力機潤滑系統(tǒng)由油箱、油泵、濾油器、壓力繼電器、分油器等部分組成。其中，一組高低油位檢測開關(guān)，及若干套油泵、濾油器均安裝在油箱上面。操作及工作狀態(tài)顯示則集中在操作站上。按下“油泵開動”按鈕，“油泵運行”指示燈亮，油泵運行一分鐘后，“潤滑正常”指示燈亮，表明潤滑系統(tǒng)工作正常。如果“過濾器堵塞”指示燈亮時，表明潤滑油中雜質(zhì)堵塞了濾油器，應予以清理;在油箱加油過程中，請注意觸摸屏上的“高油位”指示燈，如果亮，表明油箱已滿，應停止加油。在油泵運行后，對于機床主要部位的潤滑情況，通過接近開關(guān)進行檢測。其中，對主分油器、連桿次分油器進行潤滑次數(shù)檢測，并且每個部位潤滑次數(shù)均達到要求后，視為潤滑正常，潤滑正常作為條件，連鎖主電機、行程動作。
