單極型管的單極放大電路,用場效應(yīng)管作為放大器件組成的放大電路,稱為場效應(yīng)管放大電路。場效應(yīng)管和雙極型晶體管一樣是電路的核心器件,在電路中起以小控大的作用。在場效應(yīng)管的放大電路中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)電路對信號的放大作用,要建立偏置電路以提供合適的偏置電壓,使場效應(yīng)管工作在特性的恒流區(qū)。

場效應(yīng)管的柵極通過電阻Rg接地,源極通過電阻Rs接地。這種偏置方法靠漏極電流Id在源極電阻Rs上產(chǎn)生的電壓為柵源極提供一個(gè)偏置電壓Ugs,故稱為自偏壓電路。
場效應(yīng)管
場效應(yīng)管也是非線性器件,在輸入信號電壓很小的條件下,也可將其用小信號模型等效。與建立雙極型三極管小信號模型相似,將場效應(yīng)管也看成一個(gè)兩端口網(wǎng)絡(luò),以結(jié)型場效應(yīng)管為例,柵極與源極之間為輸入端口,漏極與源極之間為輸出端口。無論是哪種類型的場效應(yīng)管,均可以認(rèn)為柵極電流為零,輸入端口視為開路,柵源極間只有電壓存在。

共源極放大電路具有以下特點(diǎn):輸入電阻,相當(dāng)于開路;輸出電阻由于并聯(lián)一個(gè)電阻Rds,因此輸出電阻較小。共源極場效應(yīng)管放大電路的微變等效電路相當(dāng)于一個(gè)電壓控制的電流源。

共漏極放大電路又稱為源極輸出器或源極跟隨器,同樣具有與共集電極放大電路相同的特性:輸入電阻高、輸出電阻低和電壓放大倍數(shù)小于1并接近于1。
