1）功率單元：主要由六個(gè)晶閘管組成，每相由兩個(gè)晶閘管逆并聯(lián)，每相晶閘管的兩端由旁路接觸器并聯(lián)，旁路接觸器用于啟動(dòng)后的旁路軟起動(dòng)器。并聯(lián)電容是為了濾波。

2）檢測(cè)單元：三相電壓經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)電路饋入控制器A/D通道，用于電壓監(jiān)測(cè)、過壓、欠壓保護(hù)等。第二種是利用檢測(cè)到的晶閘管電壓變換后的方波信號(hào)同時(shí)進(jìn)入A/D通道，并饋入控制器計(jì)算電機(jī)的功率因數(shù)角。

3）晶閘管觸發(fā)單元：晶閘管觸發(fā)單元能改變定子電壓，實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動(dòng)，是因?yàn)榫чl管觸發(fā)單元能與三相交流電源與三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相連。

4）外圍拓展單元：這些單元包括信號(hào)處理、信號(hào)隔離、功率放大、運(yùn)行參數(shù)和故障信息檢測(cè)顯示，還有鍵盤輸入電路等。外圍拓展的單元基本包含了與外部器件相關(guān)的功能與應(yīng)用。
