整機性能特點

輪管機也叫竹節(jié)管機，滾槽機，主要用于金屬竹節(jié)管加工，廣泛應用于生產(chǎn)置物網(wǎng)架、貨架、衣柜架等的立柱圓管、五金家電、照明燈飾、家居裝飾、工藝品等領域。

該設備采用液壓油缸定位，電機驅動旋轉，機械齒輪傳動和PLC微電腦控制，結構緊湊、運行平穩(wěn)、維修方便、加工精度高，操作簡單，只要將圓管放入兩軋錕間即可，是管類美化加工的理想設備。

也可根據(jù)客戶需要，根據(jù)金屬管尺寸，各種規(guī)格竹節(jié)管的節(jié)距和凹槽形狀，特殊定制機器和軋輪模具及滾刀。

According to customer needs,different size of metal tube,different bamboo joint pitch and groove shape, also can produce the machine specially with different rolling mould and channeling cutter.
