整機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)

1.該機(jī)器主要用于將各種金屬絲，金屬線，如鐵線，不銹鋼線等，加工成“波浪形”，“鋸齒形”， 或者“之”及“Z”字形。

4.在設(shè)定生產(chǎn)數(shù)量后，機(jī)器可自動完成設(shè)定的產(chǎn)量，減少用工數(shù)量，增加自動化程度。

5.雙液壓缸，齒輪傳動，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，尺寸精度高，誤差：每十節(jié)≤1mm。

6.根據(jù)客戶需求，鐵線的波高與波長可根據(jù)用戶需要定制，滿足各種產(chǎn)品需要。
