設(shè)備主要特點(diǎn)

1.該設(shè)備主要用于將圓或扁的鐵線，不銹鋼線，鍍鋅線，鋁線，銅線等自動(dòng)調(diào)直，按照設(shè)定長(zhǎng)度，自動(dòng)切斷。

2.有傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式和數(shù)控液壓式兩種。

3.機(jī)械式鐵線調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，手動(dòng)設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長(zhǎng)度，操作與維護(hù)都比較簡(jiǎn)單。主要是用于調(diào)直切斷直徑小于10毫米,大切斷長(zhǎng)度小于2米的普通鐵線。

4.數(shù)控液壓式鐵線調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，加工性能較強(qiáng)，幾乎可以加工任何直徑，任何長(zhǎng)度的鐵線，自動(dòng)化程度高，數(shù)控設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長(zhǎng)度，并設(shè)有安全裝置，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)停機(jī)系統(tǒng)。主要用于調(diào)直切斷建筑用冷軋螺紋鋼筋、熱軋鋼筋、熱軋圓鋼及冷軋圓鋼等。

Main Application and Characteristic

1.The equipment is mainly used forautomatically straighten round or flat wire, stainless steel wire, galvanizedwire, aluminum wire, copper wire,and cut automatically according to the presetlength.

2.There are two kinds of models:TraditionalMechanical Model and Numerical Control Hydraulic Model.

3.“Traditional Mechanical Model AutomaticaWire Straightening and Cutting Machine”,need to set the straightening andcutting length manually,then the machine will do that automatically.

Operation and maintenance are simple. It ismainly used for straightening and cutting the wire with diameter less than 10 mm and the maximum cutting length is lessthan 2 metres.

4.“Numerical Control Hydraulic Model AutomaticaWire Straightening and Cutting machine”,processing performance is strong,almost can process any diameter, any length of wire, high degree of automation,automaticallyset straightening and cutting length,adopted with the safety device and automaticcounting & stop system.Mainly used for straightening and cutting buildingcold-rolled steel wire and rebar, hot-rolled steel wire, hot-rolled round steelwire and cold-rolled steel bar etc..
